For years before the pandemic, Master Ken taught T’ai Chi practices and meditations to the local Parkinson’s group in his community of West Palm Beach, FL. along with their caregivers. In addition, many others who suffered from M.S. participated in this weekly program. This program consists of the major aspects of that weekly class. In fact, this program is specifically designed to give students the feeling of walking into Master Ken’s school and participating in the lesson by lesson curriculum of the class. This Program is a well structured, organized, and comprehensive curriculum consisting of Breathing Exercises, Meditations, and T’ai Chi and Qi Gong movement. Some who participated in the class stated this class was the highlight of their week because of how it relaxed and energized them at the same time. The patients and caregivers alike experienced benefits almost immediately. From better posture and balance to cessation of tremors. The practices are simple, easy, and energizing! Included is a simplified, step-by-step instruction of the T’ai Chi Chuan form Master Ken taught to the students and caregivers of that weekly class.
All the best!
