How We Can Help

With simple step-by-step lessons, Master Ken Smith will guide you in connecting your mind, body, and spirit
(Mind/Body Healing), releasing the blocks to your happiness. Embrace this transformative
journey and unlock your true potential today.

I Don't Make the Rules; because the ultimate UNIVERSAL rule is achieving balance.

“Our body is not our enemy, it is our guide.”

Our body and mind are a reflection of our inner self. When we are in balance we enjoy a state of ease. (Good Health).
Our energy, attitudes and moods are in good standing. When our energies are out of balance and/or depleted,
we experience imbalances (dis-ease) in the body and/or mind.

TESTIMONIALS

“I’ve known Master Ken my entire life and he’s always been a positive role model for me. He’s helped guide me through some of life’s difficult moments and I most recently reached out to him for help with anxiety and depression due to high stress levels.

Master Ken’s calming, intelligent, and hopeful techniques are an inspiration in this incredibly fast-paced life we all lead. There are excellent, short videos, which can be viewed while you follow along; there is the option to print out the pdf of the program for your own personal reading, and with each meditation or exercise Master Ken is there with you. He is doing what you are doing. It can be very encouraging and positive.

Since beginning the exercise, the swelling has been notably reduced. Additionally, the arthritis pain in my knees has decreased and I am experiencing improved balance and strength. I recently returned to the gym to find that I have more than enough energy and strength to ride the stationary bicycle for 30 minutes and complete a 30-minute walk on the treadmill.

Master Ken is very informative about nutrition and changing lifestyles. The T'ai Chi movements are great for balance and posture. My husband was bent over and was keeping his head down. Since he has been in T'ai chi with Master Ken he is standing more erect and keeping his head up more. We even got to travel to Ireland.

Thank you Master Ken, you have taught me respect, discipline, control and most of all self defense. You are my teacher, my friend, and my hero.

Dear Master Smith & Master Carolyn, You travelled over 100 miles to volunteer your time to train our soldiers assigned to the United States army reserves 331 first minimal care detachment in Miami FL. I cannot begin to express the gratitude from our soldiers you and Master Penn gave hands on combative training for soldiers that may be encountered in real life or death scenarios in combat today. Any soldier deployed for operation enduring freedom, or any military deployment would greatly benefit taking classes from you. The reality of war is present and if confronted soldiers taking your classes will know how to protect themselves and save others using only their hands. Most Americans, although patriotic may sit back and not become engaged. You and Master Penn have gone beyond the call of patriotism and have taken it upon yourself to teach your expertise to soldiers who would otherwise not have had this intense course taught to them, even on active-duty status. Rest assured, what you have taught them can in fact save their lives and lives of other military members if faced with the enemy using only their hands. We are extremely grateful to you for taking the time to help protect our troops. Respectfully,
Henry Teplicki, CPT, AN- Dept. of the ARMY
Commanding 331st Minimal Care Detachment
